The program has been tested under Visual C++ 2005  environment in Windows XP. This zipped file contains all required files of the project. You can open the entire project by double clicking BPE_revisit.sln. There might be compatibility problem if you have a lower version visual studio. But you can always create your own Visual C++ project.  To do so, please check reference on how to create a project for win32 console application.
